Product Description
Yulin wellhead ball screw (BSO) gate valve is a large diameter high pressure isolation gate valve. It is the main component of the fracturing tree. It is usually installed on top of fracturing trees or wellheads for fracturing operations. Separate fracturing fluid from the well. Multiple fracturing steps can also be performed under the most extreme conditions. The fracturing valve has flange or stud bolt connection and can be operated manually or hydraulically.
It has a long service life of seal surface supersonic sprayed hard alloy.
Valve open/close is ball screw structure which reduces effectively torque to the 1/3 of common valve.
Valve with balance end rod structure which can reduce valve torque and have open/close indication function.
Stem seal packing, seat end surface seal ring are flexible energized seal structure to have reliable seal.
Be applied to large size and high pressure valve.

FAQ
Ball valves are more effective at forming a tight seal and have more reliability and longevity than gate valves, but tend to be more expensive. They are often used for shutoff and control applications. Because ball valves can open and close immediately, they are more likely than gate valves to cause water hammer.
What is the difference between gate valve and ball valve? The main difference is in the operation. A gate valve moves a solid disk up and down to open/close the orifice. A ball valve rotates a ball (the orifice) with a bore in it 90 degrees to open/close the valve.
The ball valve body design is conventional and flow is controlled by the position of a hole through the ball. This type of valve is used to control flow, pressure control in gas distribution systems and pressure reduction in connection with gas storage.
Types. There are five general body styles of ball valves: single body, three-piece body, split body, top entry, and welded. The difference is based on how the pieces of the valve—especially the casing that contains the ball itself—are manufactured and assembled. The valve operation is the same in each case.
